BEXEL Manager was used from the early design stages until project completion. Comprehensive design review analyses were performed to thoroughly assess and mitigate any potential risks of changes in the project that may result in additional expenses for the owner. Every planned aspect of the project was executed on time and according to the schedule.

Clash detection reports and metadata checks were performed regularly and shared with stakeholders using BCF (BIM Collaboration Format) in order to ensure high-quality design information. Early identification and resolution of design conflicts reduced the likelihood of costly rework and construction delays and ensured the accuracy and completeness of design information, enhancing overall project quality and performance.

The baseline schedule is intelligently linked with BIM model elements and embedded pricing and cost information, enabling 4D/5D simulations. Model-based histograms of materials, labour, and equipment allocation were generated, and resource requirements were quantified and calculated. This further enhanced collaboration across stakeholders, making progress monitoring digitally enabled. 4D Simulations notably increased overall efficiency and workforce organisation on site, up to 70% in some areas. All scheduling and cost data were produced in IFC4 file formats for data sharing. The benefit for the client was the ability to accurately track execution progress and the total cost of executed works. Construction monitoring was done by an onsite monitoring team that collected, analyzed, and processed all construction progress data – while generating daily progress and cost tracking audits, executive reports and schedule impact predictions.
