SAFETY MANAGER

Real-time data-driven safety monitoring, comprehensive visual overview of the construction site in a BIM environment, efficient pre-defining of potential high safety-risk areas on-site, exchange of safety issues and their efficient resolving through centralized, model-based communication system all help Safety Managers ensure comprehensive safety control.

PROJECT DASHBOARDS

Project dashboards such as BEXEL BI Analytics and Power BI Dashboards, provide Safety Managers with real-time insights into on-site work organization and progress, look-ahead plans by subcontractors and zones, delay and workforce analysis, productivity and equipment planning. They enable data-driven decision-making by consolidating key project metrics into clear, interactive visual reports. Various interactive dashboards are used to perform advanced analyses, connect all important business decisions and track the safety performance through the whole project lifecycle.

4D/5D CONSTRUCTION SIMULATIONS

4D and 5D construction simulations integrate specific project data with the 3D model which helps in safety phasing plans by simulating how workers and equipment interact with the evolving site in real time. These simulations allow Safety Managers to visualize construction sequences and timely identify potential hazards. This greatly improves safety during work, avoids safety incidents, delays and cost overruns. 3D simulations of emergency scenarios (e.g., fire evacuation, equipment failure) are also very beneficial when presented in real-time construction phase.

REALISTIC 4D/5D SIMULATIONS + GOOGLE EARTH INTEGRATIONS

BIM construction simulations integration with Google Earth (GIS - geographic information system) allows BIM models to be visualized and analyzed in the actual geographic location with all its high-risk areas and terrain issues, thus optimizing safety planning and decision-making in the entire construction site area and its surroundings. This ensures safe routing of personnel and materials, and also minimizing risk of accidents due to congestion or poor planning.

SAFETY ISSUES COMMUNICATION

BEXEL BCF.Server and BEXEL Docs modules within BEXEL CDE ecosystem allow for seamless real-time communication, collaboration and coordination on various issues. Safety issues are easily addressed and communicated through on-site data exchange in form of photography or drone footage, sharing data with all stakeholders and real-time discussion in comments section, until issue is being resolved by responsible parties. This way, safety control has been significantly improved.

COMMUNICATION ANALYTICS

Through BEXEL BCF.Server and BEXEL Docs module, all activity on project-related issues, such as safety issue reports, reports on specific documentation submittals and transmittals, etc., can be analyzed and managed by Safety Manager in both BEXEL Manager and BEXEL CDE. This allows for a timely reaction, remediation of the problems and prevention the occurrence of new incidents, and enables fine-tuning of daily and weekly site organization. Communication being clear and performed in real-time (notifications via application and e-mail are supported), offers transparency, timely warning and problem solving, as well as more efficient damage control.

PARTICIPATE IN PROJECT MEETINGS

Continuous access and collection of project-related information, documentation and data within a fully centralized system allows the Safety Manager to be fully up to date with the project and on-site organization and progress at all times and thus be prepared for on-site meetings with any of the participants at all times. Safety Manager can use 3D/4D models to communicate safety plans and procedures more clearly and effectively during meetings, while always having detailed safety plan for the upcoming execution period (weekly, monthly, quarterly). This help adaptation to potential required changes in the project, schedule, etc.
