Quality issues are easily addressed and communicated through on-site data exchange in form of photography or drone footage, sharing data with all stakeholders and real-time discussion in comments section, until issue is being resolved by responsible parties. COMMUNICATION ANALYTICS

Through BEXEL BCF.Server and BEXEL Docs module, all activity on project-related documents, such as quality issue reports, reports on documentation submittals and transmittals, clash issue reports, etc., can be analyzed and managed by Quality Manager in both BEXEL Manager and BEXEL CDE. This allows for a timely reaction, remediation of the problems and prevention the occurrence of new incidents, and enables fine-tuning of daily and weekly activities for smoother execution. Communication being clear and performed in real-time (notifications via application and e-mail are supported), offers transparency, timely warning and problem solving, as well as more efficient damage control.

FIELD SUPERVISION APPROVALS

BEXEL BCF.Server significantly simplifies the process getting approvals for executed work by enabling direct control of the quantities and scope of work through the BIM model, comparison with the project documentation linked to the model elements, and checking the necessary certificates and attestations within BEXEL Docs. Partial automation of the request submission process reduces the possibility of numerous additional requirements by the Supervisor. Timely notification of approved requests via app/email saves time and money for all project participants.

AS-BUILT DOCUMENTATION COLLECTION

Within the BEXEL Docs. module, approved design documentation, as well as every change in the project design and the on-site execution of the works, is recorded by linking the appropriate project documentation to the model elements themselves, and in this way, Quality Managers have access to the current as-built documentation at any time even while construction period is still in progress. Completeness of as-built documentation can be checked and reviewed through BEXEL BI Analytics and Power BI Dashboards which can be shared with other appropriate parties.

SIMPLIFIED HANDOVER

BEXEL Manager, as comprehensive BIM software solution, plays a crucial role in project handover to the Client by streamlining the transfer of complete, accurate, and structured project data. In centralized data environment it is ensured that the latest and approved versions of the models and documentation are available for handover. All operational data is linked to model elements and all documentation is easily exported to common file formats.
