PROJECT DASHBOARDS

They enable data-driven decision-making by consolidating key project metrics into clear, interactive visual reports. Various interactive dashboards are used to perform advanced analyses, connect all important planning decisions and track the construction site progress and predictions for furter work execution.

DEFINE METHOD STATEMENT

BEXEL Manager's smart scheduling engine provides the Planner with the ability to define a very complex task, such as a construction multi-level methodology, in a relatively simple way. Methodologies can be shared - imported from other projects and customized, or exported for further use on another project. Standardized classification systems (UniFormat, MaserFormat, etc.), which are often used in methodology creation, are also supported and can be customized and imported to BIM environment. The simple connection of the methodology to the cost database and BIM model elements makes this solution ideal for lean construction planning.

DEFINE LOCATION BASED STRUCTURE

Simplified spatial review of the project and its data in the BIM environment helps Planner in the initial planning stages, such as creating a location-based structure. BEXEL Manager's smart scheduling engine uses model elements' spatial distribution for creating zones, phases and sections of the entire project to automatically create an initial execution plan based on location of the specific works, saving time and minimizing errors. Collaboration of BEXEL Manager solution with the Google Earth engine enables the Planner to visualize and inspect the location itself related to the project, helping him to make decisions regarding the location itself, its capabilities and limitations.

DEVELOP MASTER AND DETAILED CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE

Through smart scheduling process automation, with fully integrated intelligent planning process which uses project zoning and distinctive construction methodologies, Planner develops comprehensive master and detailed construction schedules which are easily modified and optimized, all in BEXEL Manager. Smart algorithm finds the optimal solution and enables easier time and resource balance even for the most complex projects, containing hundreds of thousands of elements. Schedules are displayed as fully editable Gantts and LOBs, with additional detailed analytics contained in the task editor and task reports. Collaboration with other software solutions, such as Primavera P6, MS Project, etc., allows importing and exporting schedules from various sources.

MANAGING SCHEDULE VERSIONS

BEXEL Manager offers simple display of all construction schedules related to the project, thus enabling easy review and comparison, with the ability of overlapping of schedules for direct comparison of baseline and actual schedules, and comparing dynamics of work execution down to the single task level. This way, the Planner simply makes corrections to the plans, directly observing in real-time how any of specific changes affect the course of execution of all works on the construction site.

4D/5D CONSTRUCTION SIMULATIONS
