Project dashboards such as BEXEL BI Analytics and Power BI Dashboards, allow Designers to easily interpret complex data through visually intuitive dashboards which are shared across teams and stakeholders, improving work transparency. By using various BIM platforms data it offers the possibility of creating various custom dashboards and KPI reports depending on specific needs. Various interactive dashboards are used to perform advanced analyses, connect all important decisions and track the project design performance through its lifecycle.

OPENBIM MODEL FEDERATION

Supported by both BEXEL Manager and BEXEL CDE platforms, openBIM model federation ensures inoperability across multiple software platforms and enables standardized multidisciplinary data sharing and collaboration by combining discipline-specific BIM models into a single federated BIM model. This method ensures improved work transparency and project quality, reduces risk and rework, and boosts productivity by saving time through automation.

MULTI-VERSION MODEL STATISTICS

With BEXEL Manager BEXEL CDE solutions, it is possible to create multiple project and BIM model versions, while the process of reviewing them is significantly simplified through a comprehensive versioning structure. In addition, BEXEL Portfolio Manager module allows for the statistics review through customizable charts, both within a single project and multi-projects.

AUTOMATED DATA ENRICHMENT

Simple and fast solution for model enrichment, by adding properties to the BIM model elements or editing existing ones, is based on standardized or custom spreadsheets created by the Designer for specific project needs. Added properties boost automation and are further used for additional smart analysis and project control.

QUANTITY TAKEOFFS, PROPERTY-BASED FORMULAS

Quantity Takeoff module supported by both BEXEL Manager and BEXEL CDE platforms enables automated calculation of quantities and creation of BoQs by using attributes contained in BIM model elements. Improved automation of this process significantly shortens working time, enables detailed quantity control and reduces the possibility of errors.

FLOOR PLANS REVIEW

Easy review of the entire project, as well as focusing on specific units, zones, floors, rooms and isolating individual segments of the project, and the data that the elements contain, is enabled through simple 3D navigation in BEXEL Manager and BEXEL CDE. In addition, through BEXEL Docs module, the cloud‑based document management system, within the BEXEL CDE ecosystem, all project documentation is stored, managed and easily accessed while also being linked to appropriate model elements.

RFI COMMUNICATION

BEXEL BCF.Server and BEXEL Docs modules within BEXEL CDE ecosystem enhance communication between construction project management and other team members by enabling clarity in information sharing, documentation exchange and access rights on a project through all of its versions.

DOCUMENTATION APPROVALS & COMMUNICATION

Through BEXEL BCF.Server and BEXEL Docs modules documentation approval process has been significantly optimized by controlled acces rights procedure, the transparency of process of documentation linking with the BIM environment, while direct communication betweern project collaborators regarding individual files or folders through the comment section has been enabled.

DESIGN SUPERVISION COMMUNICATION

Timely detection and efficient resolution of project problems is guaranteed by direct communication between designers and supervision via the communication module within BEXEL BCF.Server module.

CLASH ISSUES & RESOLUTION COLLABORATION

Advanced clash detection technology within multidisciplinary projects and BIM models has been enhanced by BEXEL BCF.Server, which enables fast creation of detailed reports on project issues and their efficient resolution through transparent communication and collaboration among project participants.

Organizing project documentation by folder and subfolder structure, as well as advanced documentation filtering by element selection, facilitate and accelerate project documentation linking, versioning and management.

CODE CHECKS WITH CONTAINMENT CLASH

The feature of intersect data obtained from element properties and element positions in BIM model, through adding containment clash relation to model elements in BEXEL Manager using API, provides numerous benefits in advanced analysis of the model and its data through automation and visual clarity.

BEXEL BCF.CLIENTS FOR REVIT & ARCHICAD

BEXEL BCF.Client is developed for various software solutions such as Revit and Navisworks, which further enhances multidisciplinarity and cross-software collaboration, thereby is significantly facilitating design efficiency and identifying and resolving potential problems in a timely manner during project design production.
