DESIGN DOCUMENTATION APPROVAL AND COMMUNICATION

BEXEL Docs combined with BEXEL BCF.Server provides Design Managers with complete control over project documentation directly linked to the BIM model and versions of documents and projects. It enables them to have complete supervision of communication between project participants and to review and approve external or internal documents uploaded to BEXEL Docs in any phase of the process, while also managing access rights for other project participants.

Easy review of the entire project, as well as focusing on specific units, zones, floors, rooms and isolating individual segments of the project, and the data that the elements contain, is enabled through simple 3D navigation in BEXEL Manager and BEXEL CDE. In addition, through BEXEL Docs module, the cloud‑based document management system, within the BEXEL CDE ecosystem, all project documentation is stored, managed and easily accessed while also being linked to appropriate model elements.
