BCF
  • Added option to generate PDF reports (based on Excel templates) for selected BCF topic/issue. Users can upload any custom Excel via the settings window (BCF window -> Settings -> Reports -> Upload new report template). Tags defined inside the Excel will be replaced with real data when generating report. More info about available tags and quick manual can be found on this LINK.
  • Added the possibility to save templates for BCF Issues, Document Approvals, or Document Sets. Once saved, these templates can be used to easily create new similar items with all data pre-filled in just one click.
  • Аdded option to choose whether to link to the latest version or to link to a fixed version when linking documents to BCF Issue.
CDE
  • The Clash Detection module is now available in BEXEL CDE. All Clash Detection results from BEXEL Manager can be displayed here. Users can visualize conflicts directly in the viewer using either the default mode or Clash View Mode. Additionally, there are options to group clashes, edit or rename groups, change status, and adjust priority for both groups and individual clash pairs.
  • The user interface for displaying element properties has been improved. Property window is now shown like other modules, with the option to be rearranged anywhere on the screen. Additionally, properties can be regrouped based on their Property Set Name, Owner, Property Type, etc. For models published from BEXEL Manager version 25.0 or newer units will be displayed alongside values.
  • The option to receive summary email notifications on a daily basis has been introduced. Notifications are sent per project at the end of the working day, covering the previous 24-hour period. The Project Administrator can configure notification settings for each user per project within the Project Users form. Available options include:
    • Instant – The user receives a notification immediately after a change is made,
    • Daily – The user receives a single summary notification per project at the end of the day,
    • Daily + Instant – The user receives both instant notification and a summary notification per project at the end of the day,
    • None – No notifications will be sent to the user.
Cost
  • Fixed an issue that prevented the Automatic Quantity from being calculated at the element level when publishing cost data to BEXEL CDE. On the CDE side, this caused those values to be invalid on the CDE portal when filtering the cost structure by element selection. This fix will be available from BEXEL Manager version 25 or newer.
Docs
  • Added the ability to use Document Approval templates directly from the Docs module. All available Document Approval templates are now listed in the ‘Request Document Approval’ dropdown after selecting the desired documents. Options for resetting the status or setting ‘No Approval Needed’ are now available in the ‘Edit Status’ dropdown.
Facility Maintenance
  • Reports uploaded to the ‘Reports’ directory at the second level of the document structure were not available in Facility Maintenance → FM Reports.
